Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions aim to make your online shopping with Aire Clothing an enjoyable experience. We have tried to keep them simple and straight forward, however if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

General Information

We take all possible care to reproduce and describe items accurately. Slight variations are possible between batches due to the nature of small scale production.

The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Aire Clothing when you purchase an item from aireclothing.com. The terms do not affect your statutory rights.

All goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

Order Confirmation / Acceptance

Confirmation - When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Acceptance - Upon receipt of your order and when payment has been confirmed by PayPal, we will reply via e-mail indicating acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us. We have included this term to protect us in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product due to materials shortages or some other reason.

Prices / Payment

Secure online payments are safely collected through PayPal, using your credit card details or your PayPal account. Aire Clothing does not have access to, or use of, your credit card or Paypal account details.

All prices on our website will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. Aire Clothing is not VAT Registered at present.

You warrant that all details you provide to aireclothing.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.

Delivery

Our products are made in small batches and sometimes made to order so please note that any delivery date is approximate. You will normally receive your items from Aire Clothing in 1 to 4 weeks. In the event of a fabric being out of stock, we will inform you of the likely delay and enquire whether you wish to continue with your order or receive an alternative or cancel the order. In the event of cancellation of order you will get a full refund including delivery charges. All orders are subject to availability.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.

Your address will not be passed to any third party or used for any other purpose other then sending your order.

Aire Clothing will charge a set amount on each order, irrespective of the number of items ordered and is calculated as follows:-
           Orders from £0.01 and £9.99 have a delivery charge of £2.00 per order.
           Orders between £10 and £24.99 have a delivery charge of £3 per order.
           Orders between £25 and £74.99 have a delivery charge of £4 per order.
           Orders between £74.99 and £149.99 have a charge of £6.
           Orders over £150 a have a charge of £8 per order.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

Orders are quoted and will be charged in UK pounds sterling (£). Overseas customers will be charged at the rate in force with your credit card issuer at the time of the transaction. The conversion rate will be at the prevailing rate at time of order.

Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Cancellations / Returns

If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time prior by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product ordered in you shopping basket.

If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email from aireclothing.com, you can still cancel your order within 6 hours of the order being placed. Please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ to info@aireclothing.com. Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.

If you wish to cancel your order after 6 hours of the order being placed please let us know as soon as possible. If the order has been processed you may need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure.

If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, you may send them back with a cover letter for an exchange or full refund to : Aire Clothing, 14 Sunbeam Terrace, Leeds LS11 6EW. As a consumer, once unwanted goods are received, you have a 7 working day cancellation period, this starts the day after receipt of unwanted goods. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage - we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate and adequate insurance.

In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of dealing with Aire Clothing, please inform us as soon as possible, by email or telephone, in order that we can put things right without delay. We will endeavor to respond to all complaints within 10 working days.

Liability

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website.  We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

We can not be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material.
